Uncut Magazine

Uncut Magazine was reinvented as a music magazine by ex Melody Maker editor Allan Jones who joined in 1996 to become the editor of a what was a film magazine called Uncut. Almost immediately he reinvented the magazine: now its focus was the intersection between movies and music. Over the years it has focused less and less on film and more and more on music so that these days there is very little cinematic content at all. Uncut continues publishing to this very day; its average monthly circulation is 75,518 . Each copy of the magazine contains a CD showcasing new or classic music.
